Mysteries of the Mansion Part One: The History

Join paranormal investigator Heidi Steffens, lead organizer for the Minnesota Paranormal Research Society (MPRS), with her partner Tim Donahue, for an evening of hands-on exploration into the electrifying history of paranormal research.

Take a journey through the history of The Bakken Museum’s intriguing roots, and dip your toes into the study of the paranormal, deeply rooted in the science of electricity.

The evening’s itinerary includes both history and hands on experience. Heidi and Tim possess immense amounts of paranormal research knowledge and experience and are thrilled to have the perfect venue to share their expertise.

The mission of the MPRS is to explore all aspects of the paranormal while being safe, having fun, and keeping an open mind. We hope you can join us for an evening of exploration and experimentation!

Mysteries of the Mansion Part Two: Investigation

An evening of in-depth exploration into the mysteries of the West Winds mansion will focus solely on investigation of four separate areas of the museum, with small groups rotating throughout the space for the duration of the evening. This event is open to all guests, however we recommend having participated in the initial history and seminar portion of the Mysteries of the Mansion event series to better familiarize yourself with the house, as well as with the process of paranormal investigation.

**Please note, we will provide equipment for each person to utilize. If you are bringing your own, please bring only handheld devices that require minimal set up**
