Covid-19 Policies

Masks are required while in the studio.
Please do not come to the studio if you have cold symptoms, such as cough/sneezing/fever, or if you are feel poorly.
If you’ve been in close contact with someone infected by COVID-19, with high chances of being infected yourself, please do not come into the studio.
If you are currently waiting for the results of a Covid-19 test, please do not come into the studio.
If you have had a positive COVID-19 diagnosis, you can come for in-person sessions only after you’ve fully recovered and have a negative Covid-19 test result.
Most classes and events can be done virtually. Let Heidi know as soon as possible if you need to change an in-person session to a virtual session.
If a class or individual session is cancelled by a client (or there is a no show) 24 hours or less prior to the session, the session will be charged in full.
In case of bad weather, sessions will not be cancelled or rescheduled but changed to virtual.
