My Spirit Experience Policies

In-person sessions can not be canceled due to weather but will be done remotely.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before a session or class (in person or remote) will be charged the full amount for the session.
No shows for classes or sessions (in person or remote) will be charged the full amount for the class.
New clients must pay in advance for the first session.
Most classes and events can be done virtually. Let Heidi know as soon as possible if you need to change an in-person session to a virtual session.

Masks are required while in the studio unless otherwise discussed.
Please do not come to the studio if you have cold symptoms, such as cough/sneezing/fever, or if you are feel poorly.
If you’ve been in close contact with someone infected by COVID-19, with high chances of being infected yourself, please do not come into the studio.
If you are currently waiting for the results of a Covid-19 test, please do not come into the studio.
If you have had a positive COVID-19 diagnosis, you can come for in-person sessions only after you’ve fully recovered and have a negative Covid-19 test result.
