As human beings, each of us embodies a combination of masculine and feminine qualities. Our inner masculine and inner feminine each have aspects that are healthy, and aspects that are wounded. This wounding manifests in our lives as destructive feelings, beliefs, and behaviors. This series of workshops guides you to reconnect with your healthy masculine and find balance within.
