​​Welcome to My Spirit Experience

Each month we will focus on healing energy for one specific Chakra. We will look at the influences the energy has on us physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Color, touch, sound and scent will be invoked as we do a guided healing meditation specific to that Chakra.

These are stand alone events and do not need to be taken in order!

You are encouraged to wear the color (listed below) associated with the Chakra in focus for that session!
