At the autumn equinox, day and night come into balance for one breath before the year tips toward the dark. We gather on the wooded shore of Cedar Lake to meet that turning — a contemplative weekend of guided meditation, breathwork, drumming and sound, and gentle energy healing. Come release what summer has spent, gather what you'll carry into the darker season, and open to the Sacred moving through wind, water, fire, and falling leaves. Quiet your mind, tend your spirit, and journey in the company of open-hearted others as autumn arrives.​​

​​​​​​Spirit Experience Weekend

Northfield, MN

October 9-11, 2026​​

We're heading to Northfield, MN, for a weekend of spirit connections! Our weekend includes a group gallery reading, a class, and a paranormal investigation at a known haunted location. Our meeting place? A newly created speakeasy in a historic building in downtown Northfield. There are even a few haunted Airbnbs available in the building you can rent for the weekend that you can investigate on your own. Fair warning: there are no elevators, a lot of stairs, and they are steep. A great, local Halloween event!

Tickets are $100 for the event and include the gallery reading, class, and investigation. If you are interested in renting an on-site Airbnb, let Heidi know, and she will connect you with the owner. Limited availability, and the cost is separate. ​
